High Design Drive
Huge Design established an instant winner with the “diamond” design language, an unexpected faceted expression executed in a minimal and premium way.
The distinctive faceted edges and corners were designed to be machined away in a single pass, reducing production time and cost for the aluminum shell. Based on the overwhelming success of the initial slim 2TB drive, a successful line of products soon followed.

Inside Out
Seagate 7 was conceived as a stylish take on the raw hard-drive aesthetic typically found hidden inside PC towers and laptops. It is a slightly irreverent take on Seagate’s dominance in both external consumer drives and its less-publicized commercial-drive business.
World’s thinnest
The “‘vac form”’ design language, as it came to be known, was not only distinctive but also highly effective in accentuating the already super-thin 500 GB internal drive. An ultra-thin metal enclosure design ensured that the final product hit the magic 7 mm thickness goal set out by marketing.
Faze was one of the first storage products to seize the opportunity to deliver ultra-compact super-fast SSD storage solutions for serious gamers under the FireCuda sub-brand.

Machined from a solid block of aluminum and covered with a clear insulation coating, the external shell was designed to act as a highly effective heatsink for high- performance use.
The Firecuda mobile app allows gamers to create their own customizable light show visible through the machined-away LED gap.
The upload speeds reach 2000 MB/S via a high-speed USB-C connection.
